Day 4908: Vision Boards

If I had a vision board, it might include pages of the Daily Bitch Calendar.

.

For anyone who needs one, I just asked for a definition of vision boards.

.

Because I’m very inquisitive, my vision board might include questions.

.

Do you see anything else here suitable for a vision board?

.

Here’s what I find when I search for vision boards on YouTube:

Maybe I’ll create a vision board about my aspirations for my music and my therapy groups.

What would you include on your vision board(s)? I’d include gratitude on mine.

Day 4708: What gives you hope?

What gives you hope?

What gives me hope is the amazing people in my therapy groups and other people who are brave, authentic, thoughtful, and kind.

.

It gives me hope that I have hope after spending time on social media.

Here’s what I find when I search for “what gives you hope?” on YouTube:

.

Thanks to all those who give me hope, including YOU!

Day 4681: Little known facts

Ready for some little known facts?

.

Do you see little known facts in my other images for today?

.

Here are some more little known facts:

October 26 was my late parents’ wedding anniversary.

I’ve started writing two new songs today — “I’d Rather Be With You Than Be Alone” and “ChatGPT Thinks I’m Great.”

Here’s what I find when I search for “Little Known Facts” on YouTube:

.

I hope it is not a little known fact that I am very grateful for YOU!

Day 4643: The best medicine

The best medicine for me, here and now, is to accept all feelings and to connect meaningfully with others.

And the best tuna noodle casserole ever doesn’t hurt.

.

Do you see the best medicine in my other images for today?

.

I see first love, reading, listening, respect, and other best medicines on today’s list.

Here’s what I find when I search for “best medicine” on YouTube:

.

Thanks to all the wonderful people who are the best medicine for me, including YOU!

Day 4490: Drama

There’s so much drama right now, no wonder we need stress reduction.

Here are some definitions of drama:

.

Do you see drama in my images for today?

.

Here’s what I find when I search for “drama” on YouTube:

.

These days, it’s difficult to discern what drama really needs our attention.

Day 4486: Appreciation

I try to express my appreciation to others every day. And while I yearn for expressions of appreciation from others, I don’t let that stop my going forward to pursue my passions — group therapy and songwriting — no matter what.

What appreciation do you see in my images for today?

.

Here’s what I find when I search for appreciation on YouTube:

.

Now I would like to express my appreciation for Justin Kramer, my ex-husband Leon on National Ex-Spouse Day, my husband Michael for trying again to replicate my late mother’s delicious fried matzo, everyone who helped me create this post, and all those whom I appreciate, including YOU!

Day 4480: Step into the spotlight

Today is April 8, Step Into the Spotlight Day!

.

During these times when toxic narcissists are hogging the spotlight and damaging the world, the rest of us need to step into the spotlight.

It was wonderful to see so many of us step into the spotlight on the streets of the USA this past Saturday. I’m looking forward to the next day of mass protests on April 19 and I hope that millions more will step into the spotlight then with me.

Pardon me as I step into the spotlight with my images for today.

.

Here’s what I find when I search for “step into the spotlight” on YouTube.

.

Thanks to all who help me step into the spotlight here every day, including YOU!

Day 4478: Signs of protest

As somebody who has wondered why there haven’t been more signs of protests against the toxic and corrupt USA government, I loved seeing so many signs of protest yesterday in Boston.

.

You might protest this awkward segue but my body has been showing signs of protest after all the rich food I’ve been eating in Italy and in Boston …

.

… so I’ll be changing my eating habits today.

I asked this question about signs of protest on social media last night.

.

I wonder if there will be signs of protest today.

.

Here’s what I find when I search for signs of protest on YouTube:

.

Thanks to all who are here for these signs of protest, including YOU!

Day 4477: Views

After enjoying spectacular views in Italy, I’m back in the USA, where a major part of the population does not share my views about the current administration.

Because I want to make sure I can view things clearly, I decided yesterday to get a new pair of glasses at Eye Look Optical in historic Lexington. Here are some of my views from there:

.

That’s Matt, who shares a lot of my views about people, priorities, and life, and who, in my view, was the best at helping me pick out a great pair of glasses.

Matt told me he would increase the views on my YouTube channel by playing my original song “Everybody’s Somebody’s Asshole” for other people. If anybody wants to view that now, here it is:

.

Here are some more views I experienced at Eye Look.

.

After trying on and choosing another pair of little red glasses, I told Matt he should view this recent Saturday Night Live skit.

.

I hope people don’t view me as a “very bad therapist.”

My friend Janet, who shared spectacular views in Italy with me, generously shared these views of my family members from Ancestry.com.

.

It’s great to view those pictures of loved ones. Thanks, Janet!

Here are the rest of the views for today’s blog:

.

I look forward to your views in the comments section, below.

Thanks to all who view my blog, including YOU!

Day 4441: No-brainer

To me, it’s a no-brainer to begin this blog post with a definition.

.

It’s also a no-brainer for me to follow that with all of this:

.

International Stand Up to Bullying Day is a no-brainer and so is today’s economic blackout in the USA.

.

Here’s what I find when I look for “no-brainer” on YouTube.

.

Expressing gratitude to wonderful people is a no-brainer, so thank YOU.
