Thanks to all the wonderful people who are the best medicine for me, including YOU!

These days, I think the best medicine would be finding ways, no matter how small, to express resistance to the regime. I still have my Harris/Walz sign in my bedroom street-facing window, for instance, and this morning I posted calling out their hypocritical definition of hate speech. And, of course, everybody hit the streets on October 18th!

  2. Tuna noodle casserole was one of my favorite meals when I was a kid. At Camp Ozone, one of my favorite places, the camp cook made a special version that was even better than what I had at home. The best tuna noodle casserole is like the best medicine: it’s exactly what you need.
