Day 4854: What is the title of this post?

Even though I syncretize disparate elements every day in this blog, once in a while I sit back and let you do the work of finding a title for a post.

Based on these images, what is the title of this post?

.

What is the name of this post? Is it Blah Blah Blah Day?

Here is the first video that shows up on YouTube when I search for “what is the name of this post?”

.

What is the name of this post? Maybe it’s “Thank You!”

Day 4708: What gives you hope?

What gives you hope?

What gives me hope is the amazing people in my therapy groups and other people who are brave, authentic, thoughtful, and kind.

.

It gives me hope that I have hope after spending time on social media.

Here’s what I find when I search for “what gives you hope?” on YouTube:

.

Thanks to all those who give me hope, including YOU!

Day 4607: Outsiders

Yesterday, in a therapy session, somebody talked about feeling like an outsider. We discussed how they had felt that way since they were very young.

I believe that most of us feel like outsiders and that’s why I asked this question last night on social media.

.

In my Coping and Healing groups, people who might feel like outsiders connect and realize they are not alone. Today, I’m mourning one of the long-time participants who has passed away.

Before I knew that she was gone, I dropped one of my pills, which landed on its side.

.

Thinking that was outside usual occurrences, I asked ChatGPT about it.

.

There are so many lightening strike moments in this life and I feel like I’ve been struck by lightening now. Today, I’ll start letting the other group members know that our dear departed member has passed.

Do you see outsiders in my other images for today?

.

I wonder if other lefthanders feel like outsiders sometimes?

Here’s what I find when I search for “outsiders” on YouTube:

.

My deepest gratitude to all who are here for this “outsiders” post, including YOU.

Day 4355: Breakdowns

I know many people are trying to avoid breakdowns as we approach feared breakdowns in the USA system of government.

Last night, I had a dream in which I had several breakdowns because our beloved cat Joan seemed to fall down from the ledge of a skyscraper. I kept breaking down as I tried to make my way back to the top of the building in the hopes that she hadn’t really fallen. In this nightmare I also worried about how I was going to break down the tragic loss of Joan in this blog.

Right now, Joan is trying to break down the door of the bedroom because she wants to be fed.

What breakdowns do you see in my images for today?

.

I just asked for this breakdown on Twitter:

.

In a few minutes, I’m going to use my home monitoring system for a breakdown of my blood’s coagulation, which I have to measure at least every two weeks because I take Warfarin. Two weeks ago, I had a mini-breakdown because the number was too low; last week it was too high. When I got a pedicure last weekend, I thought the manicurist was going to have a breakdown when she nicked my toe and it wouldn’t stop bleeding.

I don’t know how to break down what increases views on social media, but here are my two latest TikTok videos of Joan.

.

Thanks to all who help me deal with breakdowns, including YOU!

Day 4351: Listening

Listening to others is my job. I believe that listening is a skill that takes practice.

Rather than listening to the voices of lying and greedy politicians lately, I’ve been listening to music, audiobooks, sounds of nature, and the voices of those I love.

Since August 2023, I’ve been listening to very annoying crackling noises whenever I speak; miraculously, I’ve been listening to fewer of those distracting sounds since Wednesday.

Here’s Joan listening and responding:

.

On TikTok, people would rather be listening to that video than this one, when I finished my verse.

.

During Thanksgiving, I was listening to my husband Michael’s twin brother Steve, who suggested that I’d get more views on my YouTube channel if I used certain words in the descriptions of my songs. After listening to Steve, I tried this:

.

I’m also listening to somebody on the Bluesky social media site who suggested I write more in my YouTube description of my live performances of my songs:

.

Also, I wonder if anyone is listening to this new video from that performance that I posted on YouTube yesterday.

.

Is there anything worth listening to in my images for today?

.

During troubling times when I might like to say “screw you” to abusive people, I’ve sustained myself by listening to Paul Simon’s The Rhythm of the Saints.

.

I especially love listening to these words:

To overcome an obstacle or an enemy

To glide away from the razor or the knife

To overcome an obstacle or an enemy

To dominate the impossible in your life.

What have you been listening to?

Many thanks to all who are listening here, including YOU.

Day 4336: I don’t wanna

I don’t wanna watch the news, which happens to be one of the lyrics in my magnum opus, “I Don’t Wanna Be Late (Don’t Wanna Be Early Either). “

.

I don’t wanna brag, but I think that June 1 live performance is pretty good, especially because of the participation of the audience.

I don’t wanna spend too much time on social media, don’t wanna make a total break either.

.

I don’t wanna leave out the Daily Bitch, as usual.

.

I don’t wanna belabor this, but “I Don’t Wanna Be Late (Don’t Wanna Be Early Either) is about perfectionism and ambivalence.

I don’t wanna deal with our current reality, don’t wanna hide from it either.

Thanks to all who are here for this I-don’t-wanna post, including YOU.

Day 4324: Sleeps

After getting an okay night’s sleep, I just shared this tweet about sleeps on Twitter:

.

I’m not losing sleep about creeps right now and I hope that continues.

During a time change, people’s sleeps can be disturbed. During my sleep last night, I had a dream about my original songs where I expressed frustration about my ability to reach people with them.

Before I went to sleep, I posted this original song on YouTube and shared it on social media.

.

I also posted this video on TikTok:

.

I’ve never met a cat that had trouble with sleeps.

Is there anything relating to sleeps in my other images for today?

.

Rather than disturbing people’s sleeps with inflammatory language, I’m going to share that second list on Twitter today.

Many thanks to all who made it to the end of this “sleeps” blog post, including YOU!

Day 4323: Options

With the options available for our upcoming election, I believe the Democrats will do very well next week.

If they don’t, I’m afraid of the options we’ll be facing.

Here are today’s photographic options.

.

Here are today’s screen-capture options.

.

Too many options can — at least temporarily — confuse me and make it difficult to decide.

Here’s what I find when I search for options on YouTube.

.

Thanks to all those who chose — among all your options today — to visit my blog, including YOU!

Day 4283: Reaching people

In hopes of reaching people, I uploaded new, live versions of four of my original songs to YouTube yesterday. Then I shared the new version of Don’t Kill Yourself on Twitter and Facebook.

.

So far, I’m not reaching many people, but I’ll keep trying.

Now I’m wondering how I’ll be reaching people with my images for today.

.

I’m very grateful to be reaching people like you, here and now.

Day 4061: Bots

I recently had a perplexing and distressing experience on Facebook, which got me thinking about bots.

Are we surrounded by bots? How do we know the difference between bots and people?

Also, how do you know that I’m not a bot? Would a bot share thoughts and images about bots?

I’m assuming that bots generate those daily lists.

Here’s what I find when I search for “bots” on YouTube.

.

Thanks to all the bots, humans, and cats who helped me create this blog post, including YOU!
