Day 4833: For anyone who needs this today

Since the USA and Israel started bombing Iran, I’ve been posting daily pictures of our cat Joan on social media with the intro “For anyone who needs this today.”

.

For anyone who needs this today, here are my other images for this blog post.

.

For anyone who needs this today, here is my song “Don’t Kill Yourself.”

.

For anyone who needs this today, I am so grateful for you!

Day 4697: What’s the problem

When I was working at the hospital yesterday having many problems with the Epic computer system, I saw this sign:

.

What’s the problem? The problem is that problems with Epic are getting in the way of my getting my work done and that is a trigger for me.

What’s the problem with using music to explain psychological problems?

.

In my Coping and Healing group yesterday, one of the members said they found my Triggers song very helpful, so I had no problem singing it to the group.

If you have a problem understanding the lyrics “certain movements of eyes” in that song, it refers to EMDR therapy. Because I’ve been having so many problems with technology and I want no problems with my appearance on the Therapist Uncensored podcast this Friday, I have scheduled some EMDR sessions with my therapist.

In my work, I don’t like focusing on problems; I focus on solutions. Therefore, “What’s the problem?” is a question I rarely ask. Nevertheless, what’s the problem with my images for today?

I don’t have a problem with the results of an online personality test matching me with these fictional characters.

.

What’s the problem with you leaving a comment, below?

Thanks to all who are here for this what’s-the-problem post, including YOU!

Day 4693: Released

My new single Artificial Intelligence is released!

.

It is released on Spotify,

https://open.spotify.com/track/5Wr6gOEaSkMTxQAS5kL1Om

… on Apple Music,

… and on YouTube:

https://youtu.be/MNkqnmc1BYs?si=Hi55O6fgQfxNrIwL

.

I wish I could be released from my future-oriented concerns about how many people will listen to it and just appreciate the fact that it is released!

When I write a sentence like that one, I am released from worries about the future and regrets about the past.

Now it’s time for my other images to be released into this blog post.

All those responses look like scams.
I am released from any need to comment on today’s observances.
I am released from taking anything too seriously, including meditating.

Thanks to all who are here for this released blog post, including YOU!!

Day 4692: Scams

These days, scams are a frequent topic in my Coping and Healing groups. Several members have been victims of scams and appreciate knowing they are not alone. When phone calls from unknown numbers come in, people don’t answer, assuming they are scams.

Scams seem to be everywhere. Do you see any in today’s blog post?

.

Is Artificial Intelligence a danger, a help, a scam, or what? Tomorrow is the release of my new single “Artificial Intelligence” and this link is no scam:

.

A week from tomorrow I will be interviewed on the popular podcast Therapist Uncensored (which I keep misremembering as “Therapist Unleashed” or “Therapist Unlimited”) and that is no scam either.

I have a bone density scan scheduled for Monday and I keep getting different (ranging from 0 to outrageous) estimates for how much I need to pay. Not wanting to get scammed, I called my health insurance and they told me my responsibility should be $0 unless they submitted it incorrectly. Upon the advice of my health insurance rep, I wrote the hospital and explained that to them and requested they submit it correctly. Here’s the estimate I received this morning:

.

(Sigh)

Here’s what I find when I search for “scams” on YouTube.

.

Thanks to all who are doing their best to deal with scams, including YOU!

Day 3106: Hugs

Hugs to all my readers!

It’s so wonderful to be experiencing in-person hugs with friends after all those months of virtual hugs (which have also been life-sustaining).

Are you getting enough hugs these days? Let’s see if there are any hugs in my images for today.

.

When I was a kid, every time Norma Tanega’s “Walkin’ My Cat Named Dog” came on the radio, it felt like a virtual hug to me.

Now I’m giving a virtual hug to the late Norma Tanega for all the joy she gave me and others.

Who would you like to hug, here and now?

Hugs and thanks to all who help me experience virtual hugs through this blog every day, including YOU!
