Day 4693: Released

My new single Artificial Intelligence is released!

.

It is released on Spotify,

… on Apple Music,

… and on YouTube:

.

I wish I could be released from my future-oriented concerns about how many people will listen to it and just appreciate the fact that it is released!

When I write a sentence like that one, I am released from worries about the future and regrets about the past.

Now it’s time for my other images to be released into this blog post.

All those responses look like scams.
I am released from any need to comment on today’s observances.
I am released from taking anything too seriously, including meditating.

Thanks to all who are here for this released blog post, including YOU!!

I admire your persistence in marketing your songs, given that you suffer from the same malady as I do – the “don’t draw attention to yourself” mantra. I have self-published three novels since 2013, and you may have noticed that I specified “self-published” as opposed to merely saying “published.” As if I am pre-apologizing for any misapprehensions about my publishing history. Thirteen years later, in spite of my all too few readers really loving the books, I still can’t bring myself to “boast” that they are “published.”

I wish you the best of luck with your marvelous songs!

  2. I’m wondering why I didn’t get a notification about the release of your new song. One of the nice things about the internet, though, is that it’s still there so I can listen to it and share it and listen again.
And while I’ve worked in jobs that were called “customer service” I think every job is serving, or rather helping, a customer. I’ve worked with librarians who said it wasn’t their job to help people. One even repeatedly said “I don’t give a shit what the patrons want.” But if we’re not helping others then what are we doing?

  3. congrats, ann
