Day 4716: Good for You

One of my coworkers, another therapist, told me that when listening to patients he often says, “Good for you.”

I believe that’s a good way to respond to people who are doing their best to heal and to bring more good into their lives.

If you are spending more time with good people, staying true to your values and priorities, putting your needs slightly above others’, and being kind in the midst of unkindness, I say, “good for you.”

Do you see things that are good for you in my images for today?

.

Here’s what I find when I search for “good for you” on YouTube:

.

Thanks to all who are doing things that are good for you, including YOU!

Day 4715: Modulation

I like the word “modulation” because it relates to change AND music.

.

The music I love always has interesting modulation (key changes) and I hope the songs I write will too.

I also hope to see modulation in the world’s leadership very soon.

Do you see modulation in my images for today?

.

My song “I Don’t Wanna Be Late (Don’t Wanna Be Early Either)” has MANY modulations.

.

I haven’t figured out how to modulate that tune so that it’s ready for release on Spotify, Apple Music, etc. But I know that it might be the most memorable part of my live performances.

Today, I’ll be going for a modulation of my haircut and a major modulation in my music-production process.

.

Thanks to all who are here for this modulation blog post, including YOU!
