Day 4654: Calm down

It’s very difficult for me to calm down when I encounter unexpected technology obstacles, especially when I’m close to putting it together.

Yesterday, ChatGPT tried to get me to calm down when

  • I couldn’t figure out how to use GarageBand to fix “hot spots” in my vocals and
  • I encountered problems when I had to create cover art for my new single “Artificial Intelligence.”

Rather than calm down, I yelled at CbatGPT when, as usual, it had the interfaces wrong for every website and app I was using.

In order to calm down when using ChatGPT, I need to expect those errors and keep trying to solve problems as best I can.

Let’s all try to calm down as we look at my images for today.

.

Last Monday, I tried to calm down by taking the ferry to and from work, but non-calming delays on the T meant I needed to miss the ferry ride back home. Today, I will try to calm down no matter what obstacles I encounter.

Here’s what I find on YouTube when I search for “calm down.”

.

Thanks to all who help me calm down, including YOU!!

  1. A admire your tenacity, Ann.

  2. That Daily Bitch blurb about calming down was very funny and you did a great job of applying it in real life.

One good thing about you, Ann, is that your intelligence is not artificial!

@perfectrose2011 Wendy: When I first glanced at your comment about the WHO, I had to wonder what the hell Peter Townsend, et al. had to do with Covid! Then I calmed down and figured it out. 🙂

  4. when my tech stresses me out I have to take my questions to my two local guys who are calm and non-judgy and they usually can take care of it, I feel they can answer my questions or fix most of what ails me.
