Day 4965: Forgetting

I don’t like forgetting things, but forgetting is common as we age.

Many people worry about forgetting as they get older, concerned that the forgetting is a sign of dementia.

Despite my best efforts, sometimes I’ve been forgetting to take my very important daily medication over the years.

But forgetting to ask a last question of the day on social media? Until yesterday, I had a perfect record.

.

So far, I haven’t been forgetting to write a daily blog post that includes images like these.

.

Here’s what I find when I search for “forgetting” on YouTube.

.

I’m not forgetting to share this performance of my original song “Other People’s Anger.”

.

I’m also not forgetting to share how grateful I am to YOU!

Day 4887: Processing anger

People often talk about processing anger in my Coping and Healing groups.

When we are processing anger, I often point out that we have so few role models for processing anger, which is unfortunate during times like these (when there is so much anger to process).

One of my ways of processing anger is to write songs like I’m Mad About You …

.

… and Other People’s Anger.

.

Last night, while I was processing anger about what is happening in the USA, I asked this question about processing anger on Twitter.

.

Is anyone processing anger in my other images for today?

.

The Daily Bitch has her own way of processing anger.

How have you been processing anger?

Thanks to all who are here to witness my processing-anger post, including YOU!

Day 4724: Lessons learned

One of my lessons learned is that I should set my alarm on a Monday lest I oversleep, but I forgot to do that last night.

Another lesson learned is that I hate the feeling that muscle relaxants and similar drugs give me, because of my hospital experiences when I was young

Another one of my lessons learned is that I can get a blog post out every day, no matter what.

Do you see lessons learned in my images for today?

.

Another lesson learned is that I don’t have to know everything, including what the holidays of the day are.

Here’s what I find when I search YouTube for “lessons learned”.

.

Here are lessons learned about other people’s anger.

What are your lessons learned?

Another lesson I’ve learned is to be grateful for wonderful people in my life, including you!

Day 4345: Musicals

Because I’ve been feeling so out of tune with USA politics, I’ve been immersing myself in musicals. Within the last few days, I’ve watched Guys and Dolls, Passion, The Young Girls of Rochefort, a sing-along version of Hamilton, and the just-released and spectacular movie Wicked.

Since I was a little girl, I’ve wished that life could be more like a musical. Maybe that’s why I sometimes break out into song for no reason.

Last night, I asked this question about musicals:

.

Do you see musicals in any of my other images for today?

.

Maybe I’ll celebrate my unique talent today and work on writing a musical. Here’s my song “Other People’s Anger” which I just uploaded to YouTube:

.

Also, here’s a sing-along from Wicked!

.

Thanks to all who are here for this Musicals post, including YOU!
