“You’re not alone” is something I say and learn in my therapy groups all the time.
“You’re not alone” is something I say to myself when I’m scared, sad, angry, or convinced that I am alone.
Do you see any evidence that you’re not alone in my images for today?

.
Here’s a song I wrote that includes the lyrics “you’re not alone.”

Thanks to all who help me remember that I’m not alone, including YOU!

Are we alone? I do not believe so. There are days when I wish I was alone, but then there are days when I am happy I am not alone. I always marvelled at the Army of One comments, how we never did anything alone. We had battle buddies (that is what we called them then). We are not in this alone; we just may not see those who are there for us.
Favorite snack? I lean toward healthy snacks: homemade hummus with celery and carrot sticks; Peanut butter and apple slices; just an apple or other fruit.
Thanks for this healthy comment, Stan.
glad to be part of this blog and glad we are not alone! <3
Thanks for being there, Carol Anne!
we’re with you
That helps so much, beth. 💙
I’ve had times when I felt completely alone – and helpless. But those times are now far in the past, and if I remember them now I also remember discovering that I was not as alone as I thought I was.
You’re not alone in all that, Barbara.
