Day 4677: Enough

Yesterday, in my Coping and Healing Group, we did enough, including this mindfulness exercise:

I also did that “enough” mindfulness exercise last night right before I performed my original songs “Artificial Intelligence” and “Don’t Kill Yourself” for my fellow social workers at the hospital. They let me know that wasn’t enough by holding up cell phones until I did this encore.

.

Because there is enough misunderstanding in this world, that is not a video from last night — that’s from the recording of my live album “The Singing Therapist Live at the Lilypad!”

I have been working hard to promote my music but I don’t know if it’s enough.

Enough? Enough for what? Enough to make me happy? Enough to make others happy?

I think it’s enough to remember this …

… and this:

I think that the rest of images for today will be enough.

.

I don’t know if anything is ever enough for the Daily Bitch.

Thanks to everyone who showed up for this post and remember — you are enough!

I know we have all had enough of he who cannot be adequately named, because so few of us are fluent in Black Speech. I can’t get the image of an eviscerated East Wing of the White House out of my mind. It might as well be that of an eviscerated child. As Rick Wilson, of The Lincoln Project, puts it, “I hate him with the fire of a billion suns.”

  2. What is something I like babbling on about? I am not sure… But I love it when you babble on about Joan

  3. The son of a friend of mine loves history. He once somehow got into an online chat with a couple of college professors. They were so impressed with what he knew one of them asked, “Where do you teach?” And he said “I’m twelve.” I think the world needs more of that kind of smart babbling.

  4. You do so much, Ann.
