Day 3984: What does this mean?

Yesterday, when I was leaving a very long doctor’s appointment that ran late into the evening, I saw this on a display monitor in the hospital hallway and wondered, “What does this mean?”

My first thought was that it might be a Russian word. My second thought was “Why would a Boston hospital show a single Russian word on a display monitor?” My third thought was that it was some kind of error message.

What does this mean that I can’t figure this out? And what does this mean?

I do know what that means. It means that somebody wrote “STAY GOLDEN” on that sign in my doctor’s waiting room and then somebody else erased the “G” and the “EN.” What does this mean that I laughed out loud when I saw it?

What does this mean that I shot this video this way yesterday?

.

What does this mean that these are my other images for today?

.

What does this mean that in my search for a drum teacher yesterday I sang some of my song “Everybody’s Somebody’s Asshole” to a potential teacher and he said he was getting “definite Phoebe from Friends vibes?” What does this mean that I’ve never seen an episode of Friends so I don’t know what this means?

What does this mean?

.

What does this mean that I am always so grateful to YOU?

Day 3937: Screaming

Yesterday, in my online Coping and Healing groups, I invited people to observe International Moment of Frustration Scream Day by muting themselves and screaming for some moments. During that exercise, I did some silent screaming because I thought actual screaming might damage my voice. Several people reported that giving themselves permission to be screaming — especially with the screaming news headlines this week — was cathartic and helpful.

Is there screaming in my images for today?

.

I assume there won’t be any screaming when I go to my first chiropractor appointment ever on Friday the 13th.

Speaking of screaming, sometimes I say to my husband Michael, “It’s all over but the screaming” — a misquote of “It’s all over but the crying.”

Let’s see what I find on YouTube when I search for “screaming.”

This weekend I’ll be thinking about that “screaming in the mic” short as I try to figure out how to be better at screaming into the void on Tik Tok. Here’s another “screaming” video on YouTube:

Screaming THANKS to all who help me do daily blogging instead of daily SCREAMING, including YOU!

Day 3716: Do you have a problem?

Do you have a problem? You’re not alone.

Do you have a problem with my first image for today?

Do you have a problem reading what’s under “Hide” in that helpful diagram? Don’t worry.

Do you have a problem believing that when I first saw that diagram I thought I was supposed to hide if I had a problem?

Do you have a problem with the fact that I’m creating today’s blog post really quickly because I have to catch a train to NYC for a week-long group therapy conference?

Do you have a problem with any of my other images for today?

Do you have a problem believing that cheese doodles are one of my favorite snacks?

Do you have a problem watching this YouTube video …

or this one?

Do you have a problem commenting below or accepting my gratitude, here and now?
