Procrastination is something most of us practice, until we get it right.
Yesterday, I was procrastinating sending an email to people about the upcoming release of my live album The Singing Therapist — Live at the Lilypad. I seem to practice procrastination regarding actions where I am afraid I might make a mistake, not have the answer to possible questions, might be bothering people, and anything that feels unfamiliar or arduous.
Do you see procrastination in my images for today?

.
I haven’t written a song about procrastination yet, so here is a TED talk about it.

Thanks to all who overcame procrastination to read this procrastination post, including YOU!

This is probably obvious to everyone here, but I am not that familiar with buying music digitally except through iTunes. How do I buy your album?
I don’t think it is obvious to people, including me! Once it is released, I will have links to share about that.
I’m the world’s best procrastinator! Lol! 😀
Congratulations! But you didn’t procrastinate responding to thjs post! 💕
I’m with @HMilne57. My bed is in a corner. Which means pulling it out. Mobility issues. I do it in segments. It takes all day. Aaargh!
We do our best, Barbara.
the thing about procrastinating because you might get something wrong is that even if you do, most things can be fixed, so might as well give it a shot. my thing that I tend to procrastinate doing is boring paperwork, though not because I think I’ll do it wrong, but because it is one of the most tedious tasks in the world in my opinion.
Good to know, beth!
I think all writers are natural procrastinators. We want to write but keep finding reasons not to. And we’ve invented the ultimate way to avoid it. It’s called “research”.
Chris! Are you researching your next blog post? I’m waiting.
