In therapy, I often encourage people to write helpful phrases on post-it notes that they can easily see.
Yesterday, on my walk, I saw several helpful phrases.

.
Yesterday, I also added helpful phrases (I hope!) to my latest song “What’s Wrong With Looking Older?” to complete the lyrics.

.
Any helpful phrases about the rest of my images for today?

.
I wonder if people will find helpful phrases in my song “Catastrophizing,” which I’ll be sharing at an Open Mic tonight.
.
I’m looking forward to helpful phrases in the comments section, below.
Here’s a helpful phrase to end this post:

What fortune, walking up on wisdom, Ann.
Wisdom is everywhere, Mark, if we look for it.
Mondays are work from home days so every Monday is take my dog to work day. Since January 2024, we lost our poodles (14 and 15 years old). Recently, we rehomed (rescued) a retired sire. He is still learning how we operate, so he visits me when he does the rounds- breakfast, water, outside, walk,. I suspect eventually he will be comfortable enough to rest on the bed I have for him here next to me.
Dogs are so helpful, Stan.
“You don’t have to do this anymore.” Something I tell myself instead of thinking, “I can’t do this anymore.” Much more positive. Of course, if it is something that seems a little difficult but that I really want to do, I tell myself, “You can do this.” Like going on a March. 🙂
Very helpful, Barbara!
Beautiful photos shared by your fan club!
Thanks for another helpful comment, Debbie!
