Day 4509: Funnest

I just had fun reading an article about the word “funnest” by Bennett Kleinman, who sounds like a fun guy.

.

These are definitely not the funnest times for the USA, but I still try to have fun when I can.

I don’t know if I’ll have the funnest time today facilitating a group and then singing my protest song tonight for people who may or may not want to hear it, but I’m looking forward to it all.

Making decisions is not the funnest thing for me, and I need to decide soon which distribution platform to use in order to share my original songs on Spotify.

.

Which of my images today is the funnest?

.

Here’s what I find when I search for “funnest” on YouTube:

.

Thanks to all who helped me create this “funnest” post, including YOU!

Funnest or Funnist??? I prefer to be a funnist- one who likes to have fun. Do not have to be the funnest to be a funnist. Oh what a differenct a vowel makes… 🙂

Favorite teacher… So many from which to choose. Is it Ms Tracey who threatened us 1st graders with tearing off our arms and beating us with the bloody stumps ( I literally laughed at her)? Or is it Mr Card, 5th grade, who was a Civil War reenactor who came to class one day in full Union Army Battle Dress and a picture of him on the cover of one of Bruce Catton’s many civil war books? Perhaps it is Mr Skoenecki, who taught me the value of effort (happened to coincide with my father’s view). Maybe it was my HS Football coach and PE teacher. Or the entire HS History Dept (all of whom I chat with today). Or maybe it is my College professors each who left marks on my record and psyche…

Or maybe its my wife of 33 years. My sister of all my years. My parents taught me how NOT to be in this world.

So difficult to identify one specific teacher who was my favorite. Unironically, I can name the teachers I disliked greatly with no problem…

Here’s wishing you the funnest time evah singing your protest song tonight!

  4. Sometimes I tell my wife something that scares me “gives me the jibblies”. She says that’s not a real word and I say it’s perfectly cromulent.
Language is funnest when you realize there are no rules.

  5. I hope your day was a fun one! Good luck performing your song tonight!
