I’ve been practicing the ukulele and even though I’m having trouble with barre chords it still feels like I’m gradually making progress. Somehow that reassures me that things will get better.

One of my self care strategies is to not watch the news. And especially not engage with “infotainment” reactive videos and articles about the news.
