While today’s title might mean giving up

- group therapy
- creating new music,

- cats,
- looking for a cure for the annoying clicking noises I hear when I talk,
- taking action, or
- the fight for Justice,
it doesn’t!
It means giving up something (alcohol or otherwise) for Dry January.
