When I told my friend Carol yesterday that I was feeling insecure about my music, she said “That’s part of the creative process, isn’t it?” Carol’s helpful and normalizing response reminded me of a line from this book …

Day 3981: Change

Every time I change my haircut at MiAlisa Salon, I see this sign about change:

I like the way the nearby magazine is also about change; that’s why I didn’t change the framing of that shot.
