Day 5009: Who do you think you are?

“Who do you think you are?” is

  • a challenging, judgmental question from an external or internal critic or
  • a genuinely curious question about identity and self-perception.

Who do I think I am? I am a lover of nature, a group therapist, an asker of questions, and a grateful recipient of another precious day on this earth.

Who do you think you are?

I think you are many things, including a reader of today’s blog with these images.

.

“Who do you think you are?” is a line from this song:

.

Who do you think you are? You’re someone I want to thank, here and now.

Day 3986: Who do you think you are?

Who do you think you are, showing up here, now?

And who do I think I am, doing a daily blog for over 10 years?

“Who do you think you are?” is a question I can hear several ways, with different tones and different intents.

Who do you think you are? Somebody special? Well, you’re not! (says my internal critical voice).

Who do you think you are? can also be an invitation to explore self knowledge and one’s place in the world.

And, “who do you think you are” is a line from a song performed by the late, great Jean Knight.

.

Who do you think you are as you look at my images for today?

.

Who does the Daily Bitch thinks she is?

Who do I think I am? I think I’m somebody who likes to ask questions (like “Who do you think you are?”) and to hear the answers.

Thanks to all who help me think about who we are, including YOU!
