Day 4928: Caring

As I get older, I am caring less about what other people think. However, I’m still caring about others.

I assume I’ve written blog posts about caring before and I’m not sure I’m caring enough to look for them. (Caring enough to share one, here).

Now I’m caring to be sharing that this post about caring was inspired by today’s Daily Bitch Calendar.

.

That attitude about caring inspired my question on social media last night.

.

Is anybody caring about my other images for today?

Ice cream sodas are something I’ve stopping caring about. But I’m still caring about women’s rights.

Here’s what I find when I search for “caring” on YouTube.

I’m really caring about that TED talk about mental health by Sangu Delle.

Thanks to all who are caring enough to be here, now.

Day 4904: Giving Yourself Grace

Yesterday, in a therapy session, I was talking to somebody about the importance of giving yourself grace. When they asked “What does that really mean —giving yourself grace?” I gave myself grace when I turned to AI for an answer.

.

My patient so much appreciated that explanation of “giving yourself grace” they asked me to send it to them.

Let’s give ourselves grace as I give you my images for today.

.

Are you giving yourself grace as you check out my two videos for today?

.

.

Thanks to all who are here for this giving-yourself-grace post, including YOU!
