Yesterday, on Never Give Up Day, I attended a protest song teach-out at the Burren in Somerville, MA with people who never give up.
I will never give up connecting with others who never give up, as I hope you can see in my images for today.
It looks like the Daily Bitch will never give up eating donuts.
I hope my protest song, which I’ll be performing at the Burren on October 27, inspires people to never give up.

Not knowing how to answer the question, “What makes you special?” I put it to my friends on Facebook and got many lovely comments. My favorite, however, was from my friend Sheelah who wrote simply, “You’re not an asshole.”
I am not giving up hope that my daughter’s transition to Madison will be seamless – that she will get everything she needs in her car and that it will make the trip from there to here, that she will have found a suitable apartment/house by that time, that my son will welcome his sister with open arms even if she needs to stay here first for a couple of days, and that she will forgive me for making too many suggestions. 🙂
