With my mind constantly problem solving, I’m working on relaxing as best I can.
Working on relaxing? Isn’t that some sort of oxymoron?
Well, relaxing is difficult for those us of who are naturally hypervigilant, especially during unrelaxing times like these.
This weekend I shall do some relaxing, I hope, as I prepare for my album release on Friday and attend a memorial service for my patient who unexpectedly passed away. I feel like I should also attend a protest today, but that won’t be very relaxing.
Do you see any relaxing in my images for today?

I’m relaxing now after an arduous experience uploading things to Spotify for my album release.
Here’s the song that now has a visual of our cat Joan leaving the house before she feels ready.

Thanks to all who are here for this relaxing post, including YOU!

Back in Seattle, before I got old enough to relax for a living, a good many of my friends and acquaintances smoked pot and were always surprised that I didn’t. “Why?” they asked. “Relaxing makes me nervous,” I told them.
I can relate sometimes, Barbara.
It’s been a little over two months since we moved. I think I’ve found a routine as well as, thanks to unpacking, a place where I can relax.
I tell myself relaxing is just something any of us should be able to do but then I think that I’d understand if anyone else told me they couldn’t just relax I’d understand. So I need to just relax and accept that I’m the same way.
Very relaxing, Chris.
May you feel refreshed, Ann.
You also, Mark.
