As we get closer to the November election, I’m experiencing judgment about other people’s judgment. I’m trying not to judge myself as I struggle for compassion.

I’d say don’t waste your time and energy worrying about others’ judgment of you, you can’t do anything about it and it doesn’t really matter.

I grew up feeling frequently judged even for things like the movies I liked. Being judged over unimportant things makes me reluctant to judge others, even over important things.
