I try not to mind the negative thoughts that my mind creates every day.
My mind, like many other human minds, naturally goes to the negative, perhaps in an attempt to keep myself safe.
I constantly remind myself that negative thoughts don’t help and and my mind tries to get past them as quickly as possible.
I’m grateful that there is much more in my mind besides negative thoughts.

I’m going to have the Olympics on my mind for a few days. Kamala is off to a great start, and I’ll keep up, but I’m an Olympics fangirl and at this point think it won’t hurt me to take a few days off from politics.
