Before I begin another day providing individual and group therapy for people dealing with stress, depression, anxiety, and PTSD, I appreciate the therapy of creating and sharing a blog post with you.
Do you see therapy in my images for today?

Do you think the Daily Bitch needs therapy?
Here’s what I find when I search for “therapy” on YouTube.
.
Gratitude is very effective therapy (and it’s free!), so thanks to all the wonderful creatures who helped me create this therapy post, including YOU!

I love the cloud formation that that looks like a beautiful bird in flight
Thanks for the therapy you provide with your love!
And here I thought it looked like a dragon coming in for a landing. LOL!
We all see different things, don’t we?
Every day your photos and words naturally move me, Ann.
That’s very moving for me, my therapeutic friend!
I use photography as therapy too I have no idea how to attach a photo to comments but just imagine a Great Lake sunset…or something similar. Maybe a puppy in a field of daisies. Seriously though I’ve been thinking lately about looking for therapy. I think the reason I haven’t over the past 33 years of marriage is that I’m afraid it will confirm I want out. And it will be hard. And leaving now, when my husband is sick (even though I’ve wanted to leave most of the past 33 years when he wasn’t sick) doesn’t seem fair and I’ve always tried to be fair…and did I mention it would be hard? Ahhhhh….welll…..maybe it would confirm I want to stay.
Therapy can be very scary and thanks for this therapeutic comment.
I did go for therapy once a long time ago, when I was expecting my daughter and thought that perhaps I’d get myself straightened out first. I remember spotting books by Carlos Casteneda on his shelf and asking if he thought I should read them. “Not until you stop thinking everything has to be logical,” he said. Or something like that. I read them. 🙂
Sounds like a good therapist!
I often feel like I need therapy after dealing with homophobic people. Fortunately I encounter their attitudes a lot less than I used to.
Your attitudes are very therapeutic, my friend.
I enjoyed all of the nature photos and also loved seeing Joan and Harley together.
I am very grateful for your therapeutic comments, Maureen.
I find nature is the most therapeutic agent existing. Your landscape is certainly therapeutical and well composed!
Thank you for another therapeutic comment, Maria!
