Day 3334: Wasting Time

Today’s blog title is inspired by today’s Daily Bitch Calendar.

I have been wasting time this week, worrying about my presentation on groups tomorrow morning. Worrying is always a waste of time and I do have that covered.

I would like to stop wasting my time on worrying and to spend my time on more productive things, like ….. anything else besides worrying.

Here are some quotes about wasting time:

.

I hope you enjoy wasting time with me and the rest of my images for today.

In order to celebrate National Do A Grouch A Favor Day, I am going to do grouchy me a favor by not worrying any more and also by sharing this video:

One of my favorite wastes of time is collecting expressions of gratitude, so thanks to all who help me blog every day, including YOU.

  1. ‘Wasted Time’ is one of my favorite Eagles song, and thanks for reminding me, Ann. https://youtu.be/5dBVb0hH-NI

  2. Does wasted time really exist?

  3. Bertrand Russell had it nailed

  4. If it’s my choice, the time’s not wasted. If it’s yours and you impose on me, it’s wasted time. There is intrinsic hypocrisy in that, yet does anyone truly see how he or she spends time as wasted, even if it appears frivolous use of time to others? POV.

  5. For a long time I would eat almond pieces in rocky road ice cream or have things that were described as “almond flavored” or even get whole almonds in an Almond Joy bar and I’d think, I must really like almonds! But then I’d eat an almond by itself and it would be too bitter and I wouldn’t like it. Over time, though, I’ve developed a taste for them and will happily eat handfuls of almonds, and I don’t consider that time wasted.

  6. no time is wasted, is it? we are alive and not important to be busy all the time. my fav pic is one where joan is imitating the cow on the table, sitting in the same pose, back to the cow.

  7. I am guilty of wasting time worrying about things that may never happen. I’m a work in progress. LOL!
