Here and now, I’m having trouble
- deciding whether to do an in-person open mic this Friday,
- singing and speaking because of my clicking jaw,
- getting around because of a swollen ankle, and
- changing the batteries for this magic wand, which I use in individual and group therapy.

… but I’m skipping the kale on National Kale Day, because that causes trouble with my prescription of Coumadin.
