Day 4655: Let It Go

At the end of a hectic Monday at the hospital, I was reminded to let it go on my walk home from the ferry.

.

All day, I had witnessed people let it go (where “it” was anxiety, worry, and stress) in therapy.

What helps me let it go includes nature, community, and music.

I hope you can let it go as you look at my other images for today.

.

If you’re annoyed with people, let it go because it’s National Love People Day.

Here’s what I find when I search for “let it go” on YouTube.

.

Thanks to all who help me let it go, including YOU!

Day 4214: Breaking news

There’s been so much breaking news in our current pandemonium that’s been breaking people’s peace of mind.

As a therapist, I try to create safe spaces for people to discuss how to remain unbroken amidst all the breaking news — political and personal.

What breaking news do you see in my images for today?

.

I’m almost afraid to search YouTube for “breaking news” but here’s what I found:

.

I look forward to the breaking news in the comments section, below.

Thanks to all who help keep me going during all this breaking news, including YOU.

Day 3906: Encouragement

I think we all need encouragement as we make our way through this challenging world.

Here’s a great Goethe quote about encouragement:

.

Do you see encouragement in my images for today?

.

On this National Day of Encouragement, I wonder what I’ll find when I search YouTube for “encouragement.”

.

Thanks to all who give me encouragement, including YOU!
