Day 5036: Voting

On November 3, I’ll be voting blue no matter who.

.

Experts, as always, are predicting who will be voting and whom they’ll be voting for. We’ll see how the voting matches the predictions.

If I were to ask you to be voting for your favorite image in today’s post, which one would you be voting for?

.

That’s how I feel when I listen to some voting pundits.

Here’s what I find when I search for “voting” on YouTube:

.

Thanks to all who are here for this voting post, including YOU!

  1. I will be demonstrating to get out the vote on Saturday. I have always voted – except for the years of the Reagan administration, when I personally seceded from the Union on the night of his victory over Jimmy Carter – opted back in again for Bill Clinton. Haven’t missed a vote since, not even midterms, primaries, or incidental local ones. Voted Republican only once, for Senator Margaret Chase Smith running against Barry Goldwater in the Illinois 1964 primary. My first presidential vote was for a woman!

  2. Like you I’ll be voting blue, and like many others I could go for a piece of baklava. I was just reminded of when I was a freshman in college and found a Middle Eastern grocery a few blocks from campus. I went in one morning to buy some baklava for breakfast. The owner offered me some of his homemade pickles. I thought I didn’t like pickles. What I realized was I’d just never had homemade pickles like his.

  3. thank you!
