Day 5035: Too Much Space

Last week, in group, we did a mindfulness exercise about things that take up too much space in our heads. I imagined my head as an apartment building with rooms of the same size, and I consciously put everybody and everything into its own room, so nothing was taking up too much space.

I don’t want to take up too much space with my introductory paragraphs today, but I also want to share that I have stopped worrying about taking up too much space in the world.

I’m also not worrying about my images for today taking up too much space.

  1. let it all go our of your ears

  2. I’ve always worried a bit about taking up too much space, but I finally settled for taking up the space I’ve been granted and making certain that I do enough to earn that space.
