Day 4954: Without You

Without you, I couldn’t do this daily blog.

Without you, I wouldn’t be taking photos like the first one I took yesterday.

.

Without you, I wouldn’t be sharing this excerpt from the fabulous musical City of Angels, which I saw with my fabulous friends Janet and Ray yesterday and which includes the song “I’m Nothing Without You.”

.

Without you, there’s no reason to share all these other images for today.

.

Without you, this precious day just wouldn’t be the same.

Without you, I wouldn’t be as grateful as I am.

Without my son, I wouldn’t have a roof over my head. Without my daughter, I wouldn’t have someone to worry about. Without my family, I wouldn’t have people who have to take me in if I have to go there. Without my friends, I wouldn’t even know who I was. Without you, I wouldn’t have a daily question that I always want to answer. 🙂

  2. I know we shouldn’t define ourselves in terms of our relation to others, or at least not solely, but without others what would I be? When I’m not helping someone else I feel a bit lost, though I also feel comfortable enough in my own skin that I’m fine with being alone.

  3. loved the song from city of angels. Hope you enjoyed seeing it!
