Day 4714: Interesting conversations

Yesterday, I had many interesting conversations with my in-laws and other lovely people on Thanksgiving.

I knew there would be interesting conversations about cats, so I made this video of an interesting conversation with Joan before we left for the day.

.

Even though Joan couldn’t join in the interesting conversations for the rest of the day, the humans had interesting conversations about cats, dogs, life changes, family members, friends, music, movies, childhood, problems, solutions, politics, plans, disappointments, hopes, holidays, and food.

Do you see interesting conversations in my still images for today?

.

Here’s what I find on YouTube when I search for “interesting conversations.”

.

I look forward to interesting conversations in the comments section, below.

Thanks to all who have interesting conversations, including YOU!!

  1. We thankfully enjoyed interesting conversation over a wonderful dinner at a neighbor’s house yesterday, Ann.

  2. Loved your Joan video. Was intrigued by the poster who said that her green bean casserole was rated online as the most disliked Thanksgiving dish. She included a photo. I have never heard of green bean casserole but think I might try to make it.

I think it’s interesting that the first Thanksgiving – no, not the one with the Pilgrims – the first one designated by Lincoln had absolutely nothing to do with Pilgrims or Native Americans for that matter. Apparently, he designated a day of Thanksgiving for the nation twice, both of them after victories in battle, before the final designation on October 3rd of 1863 naming the 4th Thursday in November as Thanksgiving Day. I’m not sure when the Pilgrims came into it, but apparently they had little to do with the “first” one. That one was an attempt to bring the Union together thanking god for preserving them so far.

  4. I loved sitting in with the cousins, now all teens, as they had conversations

  5. The snooker player Steve was considered so boring in interviews he was given the ironic nickname “Interesting Steve Davis”. He even wrote a memoir called How To Be Interesting. I know cue sports aren’t interesting to everyone but I’ve had a lot of interesting conversations about, and around, billiard tables.

  6. that was a cute video of your cat! 😀
