In New York, New York (a city so nice, they named it twice) there is something for everyone.

.
When I saw the incredible Stephen Sondheim revue Old Friends (with old friends Bernadette Peters and Lea Salonga), there was something for everyone.
.
Because I miss the late Stephen Sondheim so much and because he has given me so many something’s throughout my life, I cried pretty much throughout the whole show.
I hope there’s something for everyone in my images for today.

.
I hope there’s something for everyone in today’s Open Mic in Brooklyn (although I doubt there will be tap dancing).
Thanks to everyone who is here for this something-for-everyone post, including YOU!

Great photo log, Ann. In June, the family will be taking the train down, changing in Manhattan, and enjoying a Mets game in Flushing at Citi Field. We’re looking forward to the whole experience for sure.
That’s so great, Mark!
LOVE the statue of the guy at the sewing machine. Tribute to the garment district? I’ve got a little something for you, too. The last time I was in NY, it so bitterly cold that I couldn’t snap photos like I wanted to. Grabbed this one as I was leaving: https://www.barbarasbookhouse.com/New-York
Beautiful, Barbara.

You are something, beth!
