Day 4332: Therapy

It’s Monday, so I’ll be taking the ferry into Boston soon to provide in-person individual and group therapy.

I hope my posts on social media provide some kind of therapy for people during difficult times.

Is there any therapy in my images for today?

.

Here’s what I find on YouTube when I search for “therapy.”

.

Thanks to all who provide therapy for me, including YOU.

  1. therapy is a blessing to me Anne! I am glad I go and I am glad I have a wonderful therapist!

  2. I think your ‘you are not alone’ goes a big way to help

  3. I have to answer The Flintstones still as my favorite kids show, Ann.

Jigsaw puzzles work for me. There’s something about finding places for each piece that serves as putting the world back in order. I do 1500 piece ones. That’s lots of chaos to organize into a meaningful whole.

  5. I have vague memories of it now but one of my favorite kids’ shows was Wonderbug. Even now I feel there’s something therapeutic about imagining a small but diverse group of young people working together to make the world a better place, and seeing potential in a neglected dune buggy named Schlep.

  6. I hope that you had a wonderful Monday
