I express gratitude to you, beth.
I talked with my BFF from high school last week about what she characterized as “the mess,” and when I mentioned Kamala, she told me that she had never warmed up to her. Today, out of the blue, she calls and tells me she was wrong. She’s watching her give a speech somewhere, and she is full on for Kamala now. So I hope that is one positive sign of where we go from here. A lot more people seeing a President emerge from our very fine Vice President.
That is encouraging, Barbara, and I feel better about where we go from here.
I’ve gone from cautiously optimistic to less cautious and more optimistic, and I hope to keep going that way.
