For as long as I can remember, I’ve had lots of ideas. When I took a series of aptitude tests when I was in my 30s, I scored very high on Ideaphoria, which just means I had lots of ideas.
After I posted a video for my latest song — “I Don’t Wanna Be Late (Don’t Wanna Be Early Either” — I had more ideas for verses, so I recorded it again.
I continue to have more ideas for verses, including this one:

I’m also getting more ideas for new songs, including “Who’s Mad at Me?”, “Throw the Guilt Away,” and “Nonverbal Communication.”
What ideas do you see in the rest of today’s images?

.
The Holidays and Observances website has so many ideas of how to observe each day.
I look forward to any ideas you share in the comments section, below.
I don’t wanna be late to work, so I’m going to end this post now with thanks to everyone who has good ideas, including YOU!

I just have this idea that ‘Non-Verbal Communication’ should be your short interlude instrumental, Ann.
You have so many great ideas, Mark! 💡
I love your new song, Ann! It’s got a great beat and it’s so singable that it’s stuck in my head. You look like you’re having fun singing it and just for the record, you look great! (Nothing bad about that.)
I always appreciate your supportive ideas, Maureen.
You posted some ceiling photos over the past couple of days that I want to ask about but I don’t want to post some on a thread you’ve already responded to.
Did a previous owner put up strapping and then attach the stamped tin tiles to it? Is Michael pulling the whole thing off? I’ve never seen anybody do I finish like that over strapping.
It’s not clear from the photos whether he is putting the strapping over the tiling in preparation for another surface but I don’t think so because there’s a big chunk of the stamped tin on the floor.
“Tiling” is probably not the right word but I just can’t think of the right thing!
The previous owner put up a tin ceiling with nails and then painted it so it looked like copper. Then, when they tried to sell the house unsuccessfully the first time, they decided the ceiling was too weird for some people, so they painted it white. The white paint has been peeling, so Michael has been taking down the metal ceiling and stripping the white paint and the copper paint off the pieces. The goal is to put the tin ceiling back up, which will be stripped of all paint and look silvery. I’m not sure what “strapping” is, but there are some slats in the exposed ceiling now that the tin pieces are down.
I hope that answers your questions!
Agree about grilled cheese sandwiches. If you don’t have time to sleep on it, maybe you can just eat on it. If nothing else, they are delicious.
On ideas, I got a million of ’em. I always thought that what I really wanted was a job where I just sat in a corner reading or doing crossword puzzles or writing or something, but every once in a while, I would pop up and say, “I’ve got an idea!”
This all sounds great to me!
Noel Coward said “Let’s hope we have no worse to plague us/Than two shows a night in Las Vegas” but I like how you’ve taken that idea and put your own twist on it.
You flatter me, Chris, but I’ll take it.
what a wonderful word, ideaphoria. my solution to the disenfranchised people of the world, is for them to each have a person to watch out for them and help them through life.
What a wonderful idea, beth!
You’ve done it again, creative Ann! I love your new song. You can always make me smile. Always!
You’re making me smile right now, Debra!
Good one Ann 💐
Thank you, my good friend.
Glad you are continuing to write songs, Ann! Your songs are amazing and you are so talented!
I don’t know if you have any idea how important your encouraging comments are to me, Carol Anne!
