Day 3890: Something to see here

Last night, when I couldn’t sleep, I tweeted something to see on Twitter and got this here information back:

There may be nothing to see there but there is something to see here, thanks to all the great experiences I’m having with my son Aaron and my sister-in-law Deborah in Nova Scotia.

See Aaron pose for his student ID card for Dalhousie University.
See us on our first night in Halifax.
See an interesting street sign in the North End of Halifax

See our first Poutine, which was vegan!
See the directions on how to walk from our hotel to Dalhousie University, where Aaron will be starting a PhD program in mathematics next week.
See the Public Gardens, which looked lovely even in the rain!
See some posters that reminded us of the Edinburgh Fringe, which inspired me to discover that Halifax has a Fringe Festival at the end of summer, too!
See one of the many signs that indicated to me that Halifax is a fine place for my son to be.
See one of my favorite photos from that bunch.
See another one.
See a new way to describe a law office.
See the best baklava I’ve ever had.
See the question I asked last night on Twitter.
See one of the great answers I got.
See the World Observances and Daily Holidays for today, August 27, 2023.

.

There is always something to see here at the end of each blog post — gratitude for all my readers, including YOU!
