I’d like to stress the fact that human brains are wired to focus on things that stress us out.
So even though the results of the USA midterms helped relieve a lot of stress, I am still scanning the environment for possible stress.
Because yesterday was International Stress Awareness Day, I asked this question about stress last night:

.
I will not stress about stress as I share my other images for today.

.
On World Tsunami Awareness Day, I am very aware of the Blue Tsunami and that is helping relieve my stress!
I have to admit I’m enjoying hearing about certain people’s stress.
.
Thanks to all who help me deal with stress, including YOU!

something is going right, if trump lost the midterms? X
Hello Ann, I’m Billy Panero’s niece, and I noticed your July 15, 2018, blog post has a picture of him on a park bench.
Would you happen to know where it’s located?
I’d love to visit it. Thanks W
Hello Angelina,
Thanks for writing. I believe that bench is in Marina Bay in Quincy on the boardwalk. It’s possible it’s in Watertown on the river walk, since I took pictures in both locations that day.
I’ll go looking for it again to see if I can find it.
Best to you,
Ann
Hi! I went to the boardwalk at Marina Bay yesterday to see if I could find this bench and I couldn’t. I will keep looking and let you know. You might also call Marina Bay Management Company 617 847 6330 and Quincy Parks and Forestry Department 617 376 1253 to see if they have information about the bench’s location.
Love the pic of Dorothy getting a brand new pair of shoes! On topic, I guess I’m a little stressed about my appointment with a dentist about pulling a tooth next week – just filled out a form that specified all the possible things that can happen which I agree to be okay with. Many of them are very scary. Wondering if I can request IV sedation. That was not on the list. Sigh.
I feel a lot less stressed after what the Japanese aren’t calling “the Blue Tsunami” but rather “the National Scolding” which sounds both funny and fitting.
