Time changes can be very dissettling, like when we have to remove or add an hour overnight.
Some time changes are advantageous, others are not. Some are long overdue.
Do you see any time changes in my images for today?

.
Even though it’s Panic Day AND Get Over it Day, I will do my best to deal gracefully with all these time changes.
Here’s what I find when I search for “time changes” on YouTube:
.
Thanks to my long-time friend Megan and everyone else who helps me deal with time changes, including YOU!

I have to hurry now, because if I keep going at my usual pace, I will find that it is later than I think. For instance, I usually get through the morning dispatches by 10:30, and now I find it’s a quarter after 11. Damn!
You use your time well, Barbara.
It was strangely dark this morning, even at 7:00 and 8:00 a.m., and it’s hard to determine how much is due to the time change and how much to the so-called atmospheric river that we are experiencing right now, with the clouds coming down to treetop level. At 9:00 a.m., we still need our lights on in the kitchen.
The photos of food you posted are very interesting today. I don’t think that Michael cooked them this time. What are the two fancy balls? Did you go out for lunch with Barbara to celebrate her birthday?
On Fridays and Saturdays, Michael gets a rest from cooking. He chooses the restaurant on Friday night and I choose the one for Saturday night. My choices lately are either Via Cannuccia (where we had the salted cod appetizer you see here) or Brassica Kitchen. Barbara and I are going to celebrate both our birthdays when I get back from Italy. Thanks for your caring questions, Maureen!
I love the longer hours of daylight at the end of the day, and want it to stay one way of the other
I’m with you (as usual), beth.
I like the “fall back” so much more than the “spring forward” but my proposal that we only change the clocks once a year hasn’t gotten much traction.
I don’t know why it hasn’t gotten traction because everybody I know agrees with you, Chris.
