The things I mentioned in my response on Twitter last night I still carry and always will. I own that. I don’t think it is good to let everything go. Especially deep regrets. They inform my going forward. But insults from others? Poof. Mostly forgotten within a day or so. Not worth carrying around. After a couple of hours of healthy seething, of course. To forgive sometimes takes more than a NY second. 🙂

  5. Sometimes I’ve gotten into lengthy arguments with a friend of mine and I always end up letting it go because the friendship is worth more to me than winning any argument, even if that were possible.
