Day 4167: Personality traits

As I am attending my 50th college reunion and preparing for my concert on Saturday, I am having many opportunities to observe different personality traits.

One of my personality traits is to project into the future with worry, so I’m trying not to worry too much about my lack of time available to practice for Saturday. My videographer/producer Riccardo Pearlman, who has many wonderful personality traits, reminded me yesterday that “Your abilities are not fruit. They don’t go bad in a few days. If anything deloading that stuff from your brain will only make it better.”

What personality traits do you see in this extremely short post?

I’m so glad I get to hug my cat (who has great personality traits) on National Creativity Day.

Here’s what I find when I search for “personality traits” on YouTube:

.

Thanks to all who have personality traits I admire, including YOU!

  1. I hope your concert is a huge success this coming weekend! Enjoy cuddling with your cat!

  2. My reading group at Mythgard Academy is beginning a deep dive into one of my favorites, Umberto Eco’s “The Name of the Rose.” The frame story ends with this delightful quote. (Eco does not translate it. I looked it up.) You could say I value a personality trait that sees itself here.

“In omnibus requiem quaesivi, et nusquam inveni nisi in angulo cum libro.

(Everywhere I have sought peace and not found it, except in a corner with a book.)”

  3. I hope you are thrilled with everything this weekend. I admire your commitment to working relentlessly and thoughtfully towards your goals. I am also inspired by the way that you include dreams among your goals.

  4. I admire that one of your personality traits is a willingness to always keep challenging yourself.

  5. humor, humility, kindness
