Day 3949: Ability

Because I have the ability to do so, lately I’ve been thinking a great deal about ability. I wonder if I have the ability to

  • make tricky decisions,
  • remain optimistic and eager about life as the years go by,
  • remember everything I need to function effectively,
  • convince medical treaters where I work to attend burnout-reducing Balint groups,
  • balance my needs with others’ needs,
  • overcome my fears to create and successfully pull off a concert of my original songs,
  • make this blog, which always helps me, helpful to you, and
  • organize today’s images into a good enough story.

.

I have the ability to observe several of those, including National I Care About You Day.

Here’s what I find when I search for “ability” on YouTube.

I always have the ability to thank everyone who helps me create this daily blog, including YOU!

  1. I remember feeling very independent when I broke off from my mom at EJ Korvette’s and went to the record department to buy the Sly and the Family Stone’s Greatest Hits album with money saved from dollars given to me by my grandfather, Ann.

  2. and I have the ability to read your fine words which I am truly grateful for!

  3. And I still have the ability to actually laugh out loud which I am still doing at the picture of the guy on the ground in handcuffs with a cat on his back. Wonder if he can hear the purrrrrrr…….

  4. And I still have the ability to actually laugh out loud which I am still doing at the picture of the guy on the ground in handcuffs with a cat on his back. Wonder if he can hear the purrrrrrr.

  5. I have the ability to test the limits of my ability

  6. I could easily. back Joan as Speaker of the House! It would be a big improvement! 🙂

  7. I wish I had the ability to make Joan speaker. But the past few weeks have also gotten me thinking a lot about the value of working together, and how much we’re able to do when we work together.
I also think about the joke, Why did Cain kill his brother? Because he was Abel.

  8. Yes, I have the ability to “remain optimistic and eager about life as the years go by,” but it would be easier to do so if I had a cat like yours!

  9. You may wonder about your ability to do various things but your ability to write this blog is proven!
