Somebody at the hospital — where I just be doing one therapy group in person on Mondays — suggests that we all just be.

.
What’s helping me just be is a passage I read in this book on Sunday:

.
It’s just really helpful to be saying this about myself and other people in my life:
___________, I love you.
___________, I thank you.
___________, I respect you.
Can you see “just be” in my other images for today?

.
You can always depend on the Daily Bitch to just be.
Here’s what I find when I search YouTube for “just be”:
.
Just be! I love you, I thank you, I respect you.

I just be admiring and respecting that you now take a ferry over to Boston on your work days, Ann. And wondering about that change in your routine, too!
The ferry has a more limited run now that it has been taken over by the MBTA, which is not just for those of us who have learned to love that way of commuting. I’m looking into speaking up about this, perhaps on local TV!
Luckily, most of my days I am free to just be, and often have to remind myself of that. Tomorrow, however, I just better be on time for my doctor’s appointment. She’s a new one at my clinic, so we have to go over my meds so she isn’t just following someone else’s prescriptions. Shouldn’t be a problem. Not many meds.
Peace and kindness toward all
The ferry seems like a great place to just be. I love to just be carried by the water sometimes.
There are some wonderfully peaceful photos here, Ann. I think “Just Be” is such a great way to face life. ❤️
