Yesterday, the vet told us that Joan the cat’s skin problem is actually getting better.
With that in mind, I asked this question on Twitter last night:

Some people had many ideas about something that is actually getting better; others couldn’t think of a thing. Someone who reads this blog actually made me feel better with this comment:

Something else that is actually getting better for me is my immunity to COVID 19 and its variants, because I got my booster shot yesterday. As usual, I’m experiencing arm soreness and a fever the day after, but I’m sure that will actually be getting better very soon.
Yesterday, my son Aaron, my husband Michael, and I celebrated my job actually getting better by visiting an actually better gelato cafe.

Michael thinks Aaron looks like Rasputin these days so he thought it would actually be better if I added a sepia tinge to a photo of him.

I took all the photos in this post with my loaner phone from the Apple store, which I have while my phone is actually getting better.
Are my photographic and blogging skills actually getting better?

If we observed National Love People Day, I believe this world would actually be getting better.
This post is actually getting better with the addition of this song …
… and with any comment you choose to leave.
Every day is actually getting better whenever I express gratitude, so thanks to all who help my life get better, including YOU!

That Beatles song was the first thing that came to mind when I read the title. Not only does Aaron look like Rasputin in the photo but Michael looks like a Franciscan Friar!
Michael’s hair is actually better than it appears in that photo!
I’m glad things are getting better. Your pictures were always great, they never needed to get better. Have a nice day, Ann
Thank you!
I’m glad Joan is getting better and soon it will be October, my favorite time of year, so that’s getting better.
It’s getting better all the time, Chris!
here’s to Joan, and all things getting better
here’s to you, beth
Yeah! Such good news for Joan, and your photos are always a delight. And I must say, your son does bear a striking resemblance to Rasputin! 😳 Here’s to continuing the trajectory towards better! My ability to shut out the bad news and focus only on the positive is getting better every day.
I think your active mind advances your relationship with life every day, yes, Ann.
The images are luminous and I like the light. I myself am pondering whether to switch iPhones again, as they’re improving their cameras. Their new telephoto reach in “3x” which is convenient. The wide angle has a “Macro” reach also. What I don’t know if the iPhone 13 has the same magnet from the 12 which could interfere with pacemakers.
I must have missed reading this blog post yesterday. That’s unusual for me. But here I am, now. Glad that Joan is getting better and that gelato is getting better, too. Laughed at your comment about Aaron. I don’t know what Rasputin looked like, but whenever I hear the name “Rasputin” I remember the Boney M song and start dancing.
I was just saying today that although daily living is still affected by Covid precautions, compared to where we were last year at this time, we are doing so much better. I celebrate that! And I hope Miss Joan can shed the cone soon! However, she does wear it very stylishly! 🙂
