Today’s blog post is inspired by the Daily Bitch, who helps me get through this difficult time.

During this difficult time, I will post my latest images.

During this difficult time, I’ve been facilitating five remote Coping and Healing groups each week and I’ll be adding a sixth one next Friday. In yesterday’s Coping and Healing group, I asked people who were experiencing this difficult time to use their sense of touch for a mindfulness exercise, focusing on something soft and comforting. I chose Harley’s favorite cat toy, pictured above.
I also suggested that people get through this difficult time by being especially kind to themselves.
Music helps me get through this difficult time. When I search YouTube for “Pat Metheny this difficult time,” I find this:
During this difficult time, it helps to believe that there are “Better Days Ahead.”
What are your thoughts and feelings about this difficult time?
During this difficult time, I am especially grateful for people like YOU.

For some unknown reason, I’m having this difficult time uploading and publishing this difficult time post. During this difficult time, I’ll just keep trying, while being especially kind to myself.
Thank you for helping me get through our blogging years, Ann. Since we discovered each other’s blogs in 2013!
We’ve shared many times together, my friend, difficult and otherwise!
Little by little spring comes up, Ann!
That helps, Mark!
i know one of those sweet doggies is having a difficult time, but hopefully can work through it and return to the white house, they need doggies there. p.s. i was having an extremely difficult time scrolling past your pasta dinner.
I always have a difficult time getting past Michael’s pasta. Thanks for another sweet and easy comment, beth.
During this difficult time , I am preparing for the day we become free again. It’s the hope of dream realized that gets me through the day. It may be wrong, but if it helps me,I see no harm.
That’s a very helpful way to deal with difficult times.
Ray Davies wrote in his autobiography Americana that the song “Better Things” came to him at the end of a period of depression, and listening to Pat Metheny’s “Better Days Ahead” I can believe, even without lyrics, that the song has the same message: even at the worst times music can bring us joy.
At all times, Chris, your comments bring me joy.
Nice landscapes Ann with nice foregrounds.
Thank you for this very nice comment!
You seem to have surmounted the difficulties with posting this
All things come to those who wait, my friend.
I am having a difficult time deciding which photo I like the best, Ann, but I think that pasta dinner wins the day! ☺️👍
Michael’s pasta dishes help me get through difficult times, Lori, and so do your winning comments !
May I just say that I observe you eat very well in these difficult times. If I lived closer I’d be on your doorstep around dinner time, just as often as I could. 🙂
I wish you did live closer, Debra!
