I’m reading about a “major victory” in the news this morning. I’m not as inspired by that as I am by small, unreported victories, like
- an unexpected act of kindness,
- a healing experience,
- a good night’s sleep,
- a small step towards a goal,
- people helping people,
- living a dream,
- peace, or
- any treasured moment.

I was going to post a sing-along for “Ice Ice Baby”, but in a small victory, this song is suddenly and inexplicably playing on my laptop:
Shower the people you love with love. Show them the way that you feel. Things are gonna work out fine if you only will.
Thanks to all who contributed to the small victories in this post and to you — of course! — for all your victories.
You had me at pizza haha
You had me at haha, Alex.
Those small victories seem LARGE!
Thanks for another victorious comment, David.
My every next day is a little victory
Love those victories, Ivor.
We all hang on for our little victories every day, Ann.
We all hang on together, Mark.
Together we will be victorious! V٩(•́⌄•́๑)وV
“V” is for Victory and also for Vivacious and Vivid, like you!
Thank you! Your Very kind words are much Valued! ♥~(‘▽^人)
Pizza is round, with the right toppings has all four food groups, and is best when everyone gets an equal slice.
That’s why you had me at pizza: it’s the food of sharing.
You have the best ways of sharing, Chris.
Hi Ann, I love James Taylor!!! That’s my 70s self showing!!! I think that is the thing we all kind of forget, t is the little victories we must hang onto and appreciate, because the big victories are so few and far between. Everyday that I manage to come to your blog, is a little victory for me!!!
Everyday you come to my blog is a big victory for us!!
