Day 3356: Lost and Found

Last night, after I had lost my focus and found it again, I asked this question on Twitter:

Whenever I’ve lost my faith in people, I’ve found it again when I connect with well-meaning people on Twitter, WordPress, and elsewhere.

In 2020, we lost our beloved kitty Oscar, but we found more cat-joy again when we adopted Joan in 2021.

Do you see anything else that was lost and found in my other images for today?

It occurs to me that some people have lost a kidney to help somebody else find life again.

Here’s what I’ve found on YouTube when searching for “Lost and Found.”

I’ve found my ability to cry (although I never really lost it).

What have you lost and found?

I’ve found that expressing gratitude helps even when I’m lost, so thanks to all who have found my blog, including YOU.

  1. I will take a moment this morning to honor our friend Michelle, who two decades ago donated a kidney to her beloved uncle, as well as our friend Georgia, who a month ago received a kidney after years of waiting and receiving other treatments! Thank you for pointing out that today is right day for this, Ann.

  2. Joan is looking plumper and healthier than when you first got her, Ann. Do you think you found a way to keep her skin condition at bay?

  3. Debbie T

The pumpkin you photographed seems a little lost about what season we’re in.

  4. Earlier today I completely lost my temper at a guy who responded to a question I’d asked with a completely useless answer. Fortunately we were conversing via email and I found it again before I wrote back to him.

  5. You know the answer to you last question – my wife

  6. I have lost people in my family, way too early, and found new babies in my family, right at the perfect time, continuing our legacy
