This morning, I’m reading news reports about people being fit or unfit for their jobs.
What makes somebody fit or unfit? I wonder. I also wonder what else I’m going to fit into today’s blog post.
Yesterday, my Fitbit measured another day of over 10,000 steps, as I work on getting more fit.
The weather around here does not fit my expectations for mid-April. I’m continuing to fit into my winter coat as I brave the cold, rainy days and nights.
Today, many people will be fitting themselves into running shoes and into the crowds at the Boston Marathon. I’m assuming some people will get fit and others might throw a fit because of traffic and other obstacles.
Tax day can give people fits. I almost had a fit yesterday when I noticed that my tax payment wasn’t withdrawn from my bank account as I had scheduled. I think it’s fitting that I have fewer fits in the future, because there’s only so much we can fit into each precious day.
I take photos as I see fit.

Work with me, people, and please fit your thoughts and feelings about this blog post into a comment below.
What music fits here?
No matter what the topic of the blog post, gratitude is always a good fit.

I have to fit your blog between tasks today, Ann.
Thanks for fitting in a visit here, Mark.
When my knees have been replaced I expect to be fit again
As you see fit, Derrick.
🙂
It sometimes gives people fits when I tell them “I’m not worried about my taxes. I filed them more than a year ago!” The one job I think I may be most fit for is being a Froot Loop in a world of Cheerios.
All your comments fit, Chris.
Fruit Loops is my fave! Thanks, Ann! xox

I can’t think of a fitting comment but I will express my gratitude for your musings.
This comment is very fitting, Maureen, and it fits.
I used to be fit, what happened to me, I have no idea
I’m fitful about that too, Joanne.
It’s fitting that I’m reading your post tonight. Spring (fittingly) is on its way.
It’s fitting whenever you make your way here, Lisa.
How on earth are you so witty on a daily basis? Some weeks I can barely throw together enough words to post. Love it!
I love the words you threw together in this comment, Kim!
Harley, Harley, I like your fit-ness!

That wig fits that cat.
I love the “Be a Fruit Loop in a World of Cheerios.” I have a little wooden sign on my desk that says, “Always be yourself. Unless you can be a unicorn, then always be a unicorn. ” I look at this every day and it reminds me that fitting in is NOT the goal. LOL! I wondered if weather would be a factor in the Marathon today, but I heard there was a winner, so… Sending you warm wishes for a good week, Ann!
I love the way you’re yourself, Debra — it fits you.
Thank you, Ann.
