It’s not me who came up with this idea for a t-shirt:

It was my co-worker and friend, Megan (pronounced Mee-gan) AND me.
It’s not Megan who is writing this blog post, it’s me.
It’s not me who
- is supporting Donald Trump,
- gets more than six hours of sleep every night,
- has a normal heart,
- chose to be sitting as far away as possible from my son on the first leg of our flight to Edinburgh Scotland later today,
- designed a website for flight check-in that was so confusing I erroneously indicated I had “0 bags,”
- wanted a five-hour lay-over in Ireland,
- has an uncomplicated life,
- never gets anxious,
- is deliberately cruel to other living creatures, and
- believes I can make it in this world alone.
It is me who
- is working on radically accepting all those things I cannot change,
- tries to live a healthy life,
- loves my work as a group therapist,
- appreciates my family and friends,
- uses daily blogging as a kind of helpful meditation,
- is excited about traveling to Edinburgh’s Festival Fringe with my son,
- shows up every day, here and elsewhere,
- is gentle with myself and others (whenever possible),
- tells the truth, and
- took these photos yesterday:

Three little words could be:
- It’s not me.
- It is me.
- I love you.
- “Three Little Words”.
It is me who expresses gratitude at the end of every blog post:

(((hug)))
It’s me, giving you a (((hug))) back.

You have a witty friend
I have a witty reader, too.
🙂
You go girl! Enjoy your trip! Love your post!
It’s me who loves what you wrote, Judy!
In three words: Thank you, Ann!
5 hour layover??? Oh the perils of travel. Do hope the rest of the trip is smooth sailing!
It’s not me who ended up disliking that five hour layover as much as I expected. Lisa. Oh the surprises of travel!
There are worse places to spend 5 hours than Ireland you are right!
Three words. You inspire us.
So do you!
I agree Ann!
