Day 3900: Ideas for songs

These days, I’m trying to convert my many ideas for songs into my first album. For me, it’s much easier to come up with ideas for songs than to complete a song to my satisfaction.

Do you see promising ideas for songs in today’s blog post?

This comment refers to an actual song that came out of my ideas for songs (see here).

.

On this day, I shall attempt to fight procrastination by transforming another one of my ideas for songs into an actual song.

Here’s what I find when I search for “ideas for songs” on YouTube.

.

Thanks to all who help me with ideas for songs, including YOU.

  1. Long ago I adopted crows as my spirit animal (because nobody I knew liked them), but the Daily Bitch reminds me of how much I love squirrels and how a squirrel in traffic is more my speed, so to speak. So I would write a song about a squirrel in traffic. It would have a happy ending. Maybe even an heroic one. 🙂

  2. I’m not sure what I would write about if I could write a song. But I know what I would sing about if I could sing a song.

  3. I don’t think you’ve shared a recent song with us, Ann? But I should have known your creativity would be pulling you towards another project, and I, for one, will be eager to see what you add to your album. Maybe you can write a new song to highlight the particulars of the upcoming RICO trials? There should be a wealth of material in that topic. 😱

  4. I’m sure I’d end up writing a song about how music is like flying: it’s a wonderful thing for me to experience but I can’t do it myself. That’s why I’d much rather hear one of your songs than try to write one of my own.

  5. I’d write a song about how great it is listening to a fantastic whole album, Ann.

  6. Did you ever make an album of all of your songs? If not, you should! X
