Day 3805: What’s stuck in your head

At the end of every Coping and Healing therapy group, I suggest that people name something positive to take away from the session, because “the negative tends to stick.”

What’s stuck in my head right now is the one unpleasant thing I need to do this weekend. In the moment, I am taking a breath and choosing to focus on all the positives instead.

What’s stuck in your head after you look at my images for today?

What’s stuck in my head right now is that the Daily Bitch drinks too much. Also, because it’s Repeat Day (I said “Repeat Day”), I’ll repeat this: the negative tends to stick.

Here’s what I find on YouTube when I search for “what’s stuck in your head.”

If there’s something stuck in your head right now, feel free to stick it in the comments section, below.

What’s stuck in my head (and in my heart) is gratitude to all who help me stick these posts every day, including YOU!

  1. Didn’t worry about the debt ceiling. Worrying wouldn’t change the outcome one single bit. “Don’t worry, Be Happy!” That’s the song stuck in my head. <3

  2. Other than songs, a question to which I gave an unsatisfying answer even to myself last night? So now what’s stuck in my head is trying to figure out if there’s anything stuck in my head.

  3. I’m not worried about the debt ceiling, can’t change it, and happy the crisis was averted. also happy my ceiling has never fallen in on me.

  4. I’ve read that chewing gum will help you get a stuck song out of your head, but if it’s a song I like I’ll just let it stick.

  5. Bruce’s Darkness on the Edge of Town is rolling through my head right now, Ann.

  6. Shake the ego up! Perhaps it’s stuck on monochromatic mode. Build a prism to deflect the light!

  7. I do hope your unpleasant weekend situation was resolved with a minimum of stress, Ann. ❤️

    • It’s a sticky task I haven’t done yet, but all should be well tomorrow. Your hope sticks to me, my friend.

  8. I’m sorry that you had something you weren’t looking forward to to do on the weekend, Ann. I hope that everything went better than you feared and without too much stress.
